Head of Operational Excellence & AI SystemsOverviewWe are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence & AI Systems to lead the design and implementation of operational systems that enable a rapidly scaling platform organization for a full time, onsite role based in NYC. The environment combines fast-paced decision making, operational problem solving, and collaboration across leadership teams.This individual will build the operational systems and play a central role in scaling its operations. They will focus on building scalable processes, performance monitoring systems, and AI-enabled operational tools that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across a multi-location organization.The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop systems that support operational consistency, data-driven management, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesOperational Systems DesignDesign and implement scalable operational systems that support a multi-location platform business.Building standardized operating processes, performance monitoring systems, operational dashboards/analytics, establish operational KPIs and reporting frameworksAI-Enabled Operational ToolsLead the implementation of AI and automation tools that improve operational performance including: Workflow automation, Operational monitoring systems, Performance analytics tools, Intelligent alerting systemsPerformance MonitoringOwn dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into operational performance including Productivity metrics, Operational efficiency, Financial and operational performance indicators, Cross-location performance comparisonsOperational IntegrationDesign repeatable processes that support the integration of new business units into a unified operating framework including playbooks, standardized systems, KPI implementation and process alignment.Skills/Experience5-7+ years of experience building and standardizing operating processes for multi-location enterprises with technology enabled process improvement.Demonstrated AI fluency (agentic workflows, custom GPT's, prompt design, workflow automation, system integration, and more.)Workflow automation tools, analytics platforms, and operational monitoring systemsExperience designing, building, and integrating AI-driven productivity tools such as dashboards, automated reporting systems, and workflows.Curiosity about emerging technologies and their impact on operations.Scaling operational systems in growing organizationsDeveloping performance monitoring systemsImplementing operational dashboards and analyticsEstablishing operational KPIs and reporting frameworksRelevant experience may include:Private Equity/Venture Capital, or consulting firms focused on operational transformationExperience leading operational strategy and execution for an enterprise environment.Technology-enabled services businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr
