About the role
To drive operational and financial performance in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Director of Professional Services will manage onboarding and implementation processes, oversee internal teams and external partners, and ensure customer projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Key responsibilities
Operate Professional Services as a strategic business function, managing P&L performance and financial forecasting
Establish delivery methodologies and governance standards to ensure quality and efficiency in project outcomes
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and specialists while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success in managing financial and operational metrics, including utilization and margin
Experience managing implementation partners, including enablement and performance management
Strong financial acumen with experience developing and managing P&L forecasts
Expertise with PSA tools and project management platforms
