About the role

Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85087 Duration: 3 months Shift hours: Sunday-Thursday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.• Responsible for performing building and maintenance duties to ensure smooth operations of the business site.• Perform duties related to preparing the site for ongoing business operations of the interior and exterior components of the facility that involve routine activities as well as special projects to support client needs.• Accountable for maintaining business equipment to ensure resources remain in operable condition.• Builds, constructs, and positions business equipment according to direction of management and client needs.• Adheres to site and industry safety regulations and ensures the site maintains clean and orderly work areas.• Reorders supplies and equipment needed to ensure smooth operations of the business according to direction of management.• Ensures proper reporting of work completed by utilizing standard checklists and maintenance database.• Works and maintains relationships with outside contractors and suppliers related to business operations of interior and exterior components of the facility.
