Role Description:
The Patient Care Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in the South Park area of Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check in and check out processes, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and coordinating patient flow between providers and treatment rooms. The Patient Care Coordinator maintains accurate patient records, verifies basic information, and helps patients understand treatment plans, follow up schedules, and pre and post care instructions. This role also supports the clinical and administrative teams by organizing documentation, handling payment processing, and contributing to a calm, professional environment aligned with the practice's standards of care. We're looking for someone who's a quick learner and genuinely loves skincare, someone who wants to grow alongside us as our treatments, technology, and team continue to evolve.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in appointment scheduling, patient care, and phone etiquette to manage daily visits and communicate clearly and professionallyA quick learner who's motivated to learn the education behind our treatments and products, with a genuine passion for skincare and the aesthetics world Sales experience is a plus, with a driven, go-getter mentality and a team player mindset Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail in a fast paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient centered mindset and a professional, compassionate demeanor Medspa experience is a plus; availability to work Saturdays is required Proficiency with electronic scheduling systems and basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
