About the role

Advocate Health seeks a licensed PTA to provide home-based physical therapy services across the Cleveland - Rutherford County region. You will manage caseloads, collect data, implement PT plans, document care, and collaborate with physicians and PT leadership to ensure quality outcomes. Required PTA licensure and BLS certification; clinical home health experience preferred; ability to travel to patient residences and work a full-time 40-hour week with weekday day shifts.
