About the role

Banquet Chef Sterling, VA$80,000–$100,000 + Benefits + 401(k), PTO + Bonus I am hiring on behalf of a gold client for a Banquet Chef at a prestigious private golf club in Northern Virginia. The Banquet Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef and play a key role in overseeing the club's banquet culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing banquet menus, managing production and service, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and leading the banquet culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership position within a busy private club environment. Ideal Background: Private club, golf club or luxury hotel background preferred Strong experience managing high-volume banquet operations Experience leading and developing culinary teams Comfortable executing events ranging from smaller functions to large-scale member events Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and wider F&B team Relocation considered for the right candidate
