Part Time Client Advisor - Miami

What You’ll Do: Deliver a warm, exceptional, polished and personalized client experience from first interaction through follow-up Drive sales, conversion, and clienteling results Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreach Develop a personal client book and retain consistent clients each season Stay knowledgeable across seasons, collections, product launches, and brand initiatives Support events, activations, collaborations, and broader community-building efforts Maintain the store environment and support daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, product floor preparation, and administrative needs Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in retail, luxury or otherA natural ability to connect with people and build genuine client relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail Confidence in cross-selling and achieving sales goals Clienteling and CRM experience is preferred Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a professional approach to the role Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Physical Requirements: Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers Ability to bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends when business needs

Reporting to: Assistant Store Manager or Store Director Pay Transparency: This position offers an hourly rate of $21.00 plus commission. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and internal pay alignment.
