About the role
Hines seeks a Director - Development (Land) to drive residential land and lot development from acquisition through finished lot delivery, primarily in Greater Phoenix and Tucson. You will oversee feasibility, entitlements, design, and financing while coordinating with senior leadership.
Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, underwriting, preparing investment packages, managing budgets, and leading diverse project teams. Travel within the assigned territories is required.
