About the role

Life's Golden Horizons, Inc seeks a Program Director to lead initiatives supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors. The role requires strong leadership to develop and implement effective programs and to oversee operations and staff. You will ensure regulatory compliance, foster community partnerships, and continuously assess program impact to improve outcomes, while managing resources efficiently. Monday–Friday schedule reflects standard business hours.
