About the role
Providing essential administrative support in a hybrid work environment, the Payroll Tax Coordinator will manage case queues, route client correspondence, and assist with document processing while ensuring timely communication and workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Payroll Tax case queues for timely assignment and processing
Review incoming cases and route work to the appropriate Payroll Tax team member
Assist with department reporting, data entry, and support special projects for process improvement
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of administrative, customer service, or operations support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
