About the role
R1 is seeking a full-stack engineer for its AI-enabled healthcare platform. You will work across React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Python to bring AI outputs to life for users. The role prefers candidates located at one of our hub offices: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Austin, TX. You’ll partner with customers, design and research to understand workflows, then ship products that make complex automation feel simple and trustworthy.
