About the role

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Leadperson to coordinate daily operations at our aggregate production site and oversee plant and equipment to meet production goals safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years in mining or quarry operations and a high school diploma or GED, plus a track record of leading crews in fast-paced environments. Preference for supervisory experience and welding/fabrication familiarity.
