Your mission: Keep vital seed moving. As part of Express Employment Professionals’ partnership with a leading global research and breeding organization—recognized for high-performing, disease-tolerant sugar beet seed and 40+ years of innovation—you’ll operate forklifts to ensure materials reach the right place at the right time. How you’ll make an impact Precision moves: Safely transport materials, components, and finished product throughout the facility by forklift. Production momentum: Work closely with production teams to achieve daily and weekly targets. Safety first: Follow established safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the product. Team reliability: Show up consistently and support a smooth, efficient workflow.
What you bring: Recent experience operating forklifts in warehouse or production settings. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique and safety.
