Shifts: Day Shift & Urgent Swing Shift HiringSwing Shift Differential: +10%We are currently hiring Box Build Operators to join an electronics manufacturing team in Milpitas, CA. Candidates should have hands-on experience with PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing and be comfortable working in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform box build and electro-mechanical assembly
  • Assemble and integrate PCB assemblies, components, wiring, cables, and hardware
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
  • Use hand tools and basic production equipment
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and rework as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet production and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous PCB assembly experience required
  • Previous box build/electronics assembly experience required
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation
  • Experience using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
  • Strong xaygatp attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
  • Pay & ShiftsDay Shift: $20–$21/hour
  • Swing Shift: $20–$21/hour + 10% shift differential
  • Urgent need for qualified Swing Shift candidates
