About the role
Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. You will coach technicians, drive safety, manage inventory, and work closely with the Store Manager to improve performance and customer experience.
You will foster a hands-on leadership style, monitor standards, and coach team members to exceed service objectives while maintaining a safe and efficient shop environment.
