Responsibilities: Prepare and package products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in inventory management and restocking of packaging materials. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during packaging operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to stand, sit, bend and kneel for extended periods. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
