About the Company: We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys supporting new business growth.
About the Role: This role is focused on quoting, binding, and onboarding new personal lines policies, allowing producers to stay focused on selling while you keep deals moving quickly and accurately. This position is fully remote. Must be licensed in MD.
Responsibilities: Support producers by quoting, marketing, and binding new personal lines business Work with multiple carriers and rating platforms to secure competitive coverage Prepare proposals and assist with underwriting questions Bind coverage, issue policies, and ensure accurate documentation Enter and manage new business activity in the agency management system Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during the quoting process
Qualifications: Active Personal Lines insurance license 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (agency experience preferred)Experience quoting auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency Comfortable supporting a high-volume, sales-driven environment
