The next chapter is different. The business is investing heavily in ML-driven decisioning, cashflow underwriting, portfolio intelligence, and automated credit strategies. They are looking for a senior leader to help shape that future. This isn't a maintenance role. It's a role for someone who wants drive innovation and impact across how underwriting, monitoring, pricing, and growth decisions are made over the next several years. You do need to be comfortable leading in a model-driven environment, challenging methodologies, with knowledge of how models are built, and translating analytics into business outcomes.
