About the role

About Alif Agency Alif Agency is a growth marketing agency serving clients in the US and internationally across paid media, SEO, web development, and AI search visibility (GEO/AEO). We help brands get found, whether that's on Google, Meta, Linked In, or inside AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Our AI search visibility offer is one of the fastest-growing services in the market, and most prospects have never heard of it until we show them what their competitors are doing. You'll be joining a lean, ambitious team where your work directly drives revenue and you're paid accordingly.
The Role: You'll own the top of our sales funnel: identifying prospects, running outreach, booking qualified calls, and handing warm opportunities to our closers. This is not a dial-and-pray role. Every call starts with a 2-minute research step where you check the prospect's AI search presence against their competitors and open with that finding. You'll be showing business owners something they've never seen before, and that makes booking meetings dramatically easier than pitching commodity services.
What you'll do: Run outbound outreach (cold calls, email, Linked In) to prospects in real estate, dental, hospitality, SaaS, B2B services, and e-commerce Perform quick pre-call research on each prospect's search and AI visibility to personalize your hook Book qualified discovery calls for the founding team Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM with clean, consistent data Hit weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked meetings Feed learnings back into our scripts and targeting so the whole system improves What you'll get High commission on every closed deal you source. Our retainers typically run four figures monthly, and you earn a significant percentage of first-month revenue plus a recurring share while the client stays active. Top performers can out-earn their base several times over. Uncapped earnings. No commission ceilings, no quota games, no clawback traps. Proven scripts, KPI frameworks, and onboarding documentation so you're productive in week one, not month three Direct access to the founders. You're not a cog in a 50-person SDR floorA differentiated offer (AI search visibility) that prospects are genuinely curious about Clear promotion path toward AE/closer as you demonstrate results Who we're looking for 5+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR experience (agency or B2B services a plus)Fluent, confident English on the phone; comfortable talking to US-based business owners Resilient and self-managed. You treat rejection as data, not discouragement Curious about marketing, SEO, and AI. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to want to understand what you're selling Organized with CRM hygiene and follow-ups Available for US business hours overlap (at least partial)
Bonus points: Experience selling marketing, SEO, or software services Familiarity with tools like Clay, Hub Spot, or Click UpYou've worked in a startup or small agency and liked the pace Compensation structure Modest base salary to cover your fundamentals Commission on first-month revenue of every deal you source (paid on client payment)Recurring monthly commission for the lifetime of the client relationship Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly booked-meeting targets We deliberately weight compensation toward commission because we want people who believe in their own output. If you'd rather have a high base and low upside, this isn't the right role. If you want your paycheck to reflect your performance, you'll love it here.
How to apply: Send a short email or Loom video (2 minutes max) covering: Your outbound sales experience and best result Why a commission-heavy structure appeals to you One cold open you'd use to pitch AI search visibility to a dental clinic

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
