This Customer Care Technology Specialist role is onsite in Raleigh, NC but open to remote candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones. Responsibilities of the Customer Care Technology Specialist Include: Manage client communications through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Support customers throughout AI platform implementation and training activities. Explain technical concepts in a non-technical manner to business users. Troubleshoot customer questions regarding domains, networking basics, and cloud-based services. Document customer interactions and escalated complex issues to engineering teams. Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction. Qualifications for the Customer Care Technology Specialist Include:2+ years of experience in customer care, technical support, customer success, or related fields. Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with customers daily. Knowledge of cloud computing, on-premises infrastructure, IP addresses, and domain names. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Compensation for the Customer Care Technology Specialist Includes:$20-$35 per hour
