Job Description: CDR ProSource is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Support / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Schoolcraft, MI. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, operating industrial equipment, handling packaged materials, and following safety and production procedures. This position requires the ability to regularly lift and move bags weighing up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities: Operate packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently. Verify and adjust product weights according to specifications. Seal, stack, band, shrink-wrap, and label finished product. Package finished products by lifting and stacking 25–50 lb. bags. Lift 50 lb. bags of fiber/pulp and load them into a hopper. Accurately document product weights and production information. Operate valve clamps; training will be provided. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to safely operate industrial and packaging equipment. Good communication and basic recordkeeping skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
