About the role

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Youth Leader for Expanded Learning Programs to supervise participants and support academic enrichment. You will plan engaging activities, collaborate with families and school staff, and promote healthy choices and youth leadership. This in-person role runs M-F from 1:30pm to 6pm, requiring energy, patience, and a commitment to mentoring youth and serving the community. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and complete required pre-hire
