Process Engineer | Injection Molding An established manufacturer is looking to add a hands-on Process Engineer to support injection molding operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is focused on execution. Troubleshooting, process stability, and making molding processes run consistently on the floor, not sitting behind a desk.*US Citizen or Green Card Required* What this role focuses on Developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes Scientific molding and process window development Specifying and purchasing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshooting scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time Partnering closely with tooling, quality, and production teams Supporting new product launches and process transfers as needed Background that fits well 4+ years of Hands-On Injection Molding Processing Experience Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process optimization skillsBS in Engineering preferred, but experience will be considering in lieu of education. Experience working with a range of resins and molding machines Located in Central Indiana. Posted in various cities in the United States for exposure and confidentiality. Relocation assistance is provided.
