RJO Material Handlers / Production Associates We are currently seeking Production Associates, Material Handlers, Forklift Operators, and Non-Forklift Material Handlers to join our manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis in Auburn, WA.
Schedule: Day Shift: 4:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) $21.50/hr Swing shift: 2:30PM-1:00AM (Monday-Thursday) $22.50/hr *There is mandatory overtime when needed!
Job Responsibilities: Production Associates: Assemble, move, package, and process windows and doors. Read and verify measurements accurately. Material Handlers (Forklift & Non-Forklift): Transport raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks and production lines. Supply materials to production teams to maintain workflow. Operate sit-down, stand-up, or other powered industrial equipment (forklift operators only). Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
Requirements: Window & door manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift experience required for forklift material handler positions. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Must be available to work four 10-hour shifts each week. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Mandatory overtime required on Fridays and Saturdays during peak production periods. Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Team-oriented attitude and ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
