Overview:
Our client is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic partner to assigned clients within the Client Success Department. This role ensures clients receive exceptional service, proactive communication, and consultative support while advancing company objectives through engagement, retention, and growth.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain a defined book of business (approx. 250–300 accounts) through routine outreach and engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, issue resolution, and client planning. Proactive Outreach & Growth: Conduct proactive outreach to address volume drops, improve engagement, and drive retention. Identify growth opportunities, execute upsell motions aligned with measurable targets, promote monthly campaigns, and reactivate dormant accounts. Training & Enablement: Lead client training sessions and support go-live calls for new accounts or service changes. Participate in ongoing training until all role proficiencies are met. Operational Coordination: Partner cross-functionally with QA, Logistics, and Salesforce teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Document client interactions and resolutions in Salesforce in real time. Mentorship & Leadership: Support and mentor Associate Account Managers and Service Delivery Coordinators. Act as a trusted advisor, operating with high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and foresight.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years of B2B Account Management or Client Success experience managing a high-volume book of business (200+ accounts).Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) for account management and tracking. Demonstrated track record of meeting retention targets, driving account growth/upsells, and handling escalations. Experience conducting client presentations, training sessions, and go-live calls. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (working with operational, QA, or logistics teams).
