About the role
Facilities Managers — Paid Research Opportunity Are you a Facility Manager? We want to pay you for your expertise. We’re a software company that builds tools for industrial companies. We’re currently conducting deep-dive customer research to better understand day-to-day operations, pain points, and workflows in facility management, and to get outside feedback on our product. This isn’t a full-time employment role. We’re looking to host paid, 1:1 user research sessions with people who manage sites and facilities every day. What to expect Format: A quick 1 hour zoom video call
Compensation:
$100 for your time, paid via Visa gift card after the call Focus: We’ll walk through some screens and graphics from our software and get your real perspective. Share honest feedback on what works, what doesn’t, operational challenges, and what could be improved. If you’re a Facility Manager (or know someone who is) and would be open to sharing your insights with our team, we’d love to connect.
