About the role
I am hiring for my client, a fast-growing, private equity–backed company scaling quickly through acquisitions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help build and scale accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a small team while also owning the accounting for one business unit—ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a growth-stage company.
What You’ll Do
Manage and mentor a team of ~4 senior accountants
Oversee accounting across multiple operating units
Own full-cycle accounting for one business unit
Partner closely with leadership and operational teams
Support process improvements and system enhancements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
8+ years of accounting experience
2+ years of management experience
Experience partnering with operations/non-accounting teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice-to-Have
Multi-entity or multi-site experience
Background in a smaller, hands-on environment
Experience in retail, inventory, or operationally focused industries
