About the role

I am hiring for my client, a fast-growing, private equity–backed company scaling quickly through acquisitions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help build and scale accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a small team while also owning the accounting for one business unit—ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a growth-stage company. What You’ll Do Manage and mentor a team of ~4 senior accountants Oversee accounting across multiple operating units Own full-cycle accounting for one business unit Partner closely with leadership and operational teams Support process improvements and system enhancements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 8+ years of accounting experience 2+ years of management experience Experience partnering with operations/non-accounting teams Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice-to-Have Multi-entity or multi-site experience Background in a smaller, hands-on environment Experience in retail, inventory, or operationally focused industries Why This Role Rapidly growing company with strong backing Clear path for advancement as the business scales Competitive compensation Hybrid flexibility with strong leadership exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
