Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and tax compliance Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Manage and mentor the accounting team, driving professional development and operational excellence Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies and controls Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and M&A activity Develop and refine financial reporting processes and systems, including dashboard and KPI development Partner with operations to support financial visibility and accountability across all locations Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and scalability of finance processes

Requirements: 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/controller role Experience working in a private equity-backed company is a must Strong background in multi-entity, multi-location operations Hands-on NetSuite experience is required Active CPA license Solid understanding of US GAAP, financial compliance, and internal controls Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build scalable accounting infrastructures High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset
