About the role

1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. is looking for a Director of Revenue & Reservations to oversee the Reservations Departments at our 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay location. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hospitality revenue management, solid presentation skills, and the ability to analyze and forecast revenue strategies. The role requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years in a similar position. Compensation ranges from $120,000–$130,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus.
