About the role

Oberweis is hiring a Shift Leader/Key Holder for our ice cream shop. You will be the right-hand to the Store Manager, leading the scoop squad, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing opening or closing shifts. We’re seeking a high-energy, people-loving teammate with leadership experience and weekend/evening availability. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fun, waffle-cone scented environment.
