Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with key semiconductor customers. Build and manage relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, supply chain, and executive-level stakeholders across strategic accounts. Identify new business opportunities, develop target accounts, and manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and close. Partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership to align customer requirements with the company’s technical capabilities and business objectives. Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and revenue forecasts to support broader business and product strategy.
Qualifications:
7+ years of sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership experience within the semiconductor industry. Experience selling semiconductor products, technologies, manufacturing services, equipment, materials, IP, or other solutions directly supporting semiconductor customers. Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including chip design, manufacturing, foundries, IDMs, fabless companies, OSATs, or related technology providers. Demonstrated success developing strategic accounts, generating new business, and growing revenue within technically complex sales environments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering organizations and senior business or executive stakeholders.
