About the role

The Role: As a LinkedIn Test Specialist, you will focus on improving our LinkedIn strategies through rigorous testing and analysis. You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance our online presence and ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience.
What You'll Do: Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate LinkedIn content and campaigns.- Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights that inform strategy.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content tailored for LinkedIn.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to LinkedIn engagement.- Provide recommendations for optimizing LinkedIn advertising efforts based on test results.- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and emerging trends to inform testing strategies.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, particularly with LinkedIn.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
