About the role

100 Hires, Inc. seeks a Heat Treat Operator / Finishing Tech to join our manufacturing team on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will operate heat treat furnaces and an ultrasonic degreaser, follow operation sheets, and maintain quality records including calibration checks. You will perform inspections, set up processes like shot peen and airflow, and input serials into the heat treat database while ensuring safety and compliance with EHS policies.
