This 100% remote role handles high-volume inbound calls with upsell opportunities, delivering a positive customer experience. Work from home with provided equipment and support owners across designated regions on a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week. Base pay is $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores, with a 9-week training period.
