About the role
Agile Scrum Project ManagerDuration: 6+ months Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Philadelphia, PAWe are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum Project Management, Power BI, Digital Customer Experience, and Performance Test Reporting.Requirements7 years of experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.Power BI experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics.Experience working with digital products, customer-facing applications, UX/customer journeys, and software functionality.Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating performance testing results, metrics, insights, and recommendations.Strong functional/industry knowledge with the ability to discuss software functionality and business requirements with client Product Owners.Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesEnable the effective functioning of software development teams by facilitating Agile/Scrum processes and removing impediments.Partner with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software initiatives.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and key delivery milestones.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate project, operational, and performance metrics.Support digital customer experience initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners to understand customer needs and software functionality.Coordinate with performance testing teams and deliver clear performance test reports, insights, and recommendations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive continuous delivery and Agile maturity.Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
