About the role

About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and hands-on LA-based Content Production Assistant to support our growing content production and event needs. This person will help make sure everything is prepped, organized, and ready to go — from sourcing props and locations to preparing product, supporting the team on set, and assisting with brand events and activations.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about content, beauty, social media, events, and production and wants hands-on experience bringing creative ideas to life.What You’ll DoSupport the planning and execution of approximately 5–8 content shoots per monthAttend shoots and provide hands-on production support from setup through wrapAssist with brand events, activations, and other in-person experiences, including prep, setup, on-site support, and breakdownPrep and organize products, including nails and other shoot- or event-specific itemsSource and shop for props, set pieces, supplies, and other production/event needsResearch and help source shoot and event locations, vendors, and other production resourcesPack and organize products, props, gifting, signage, and supplies ahead of shoots and eventsHelp maintain shoot and event checklists, packing lists, shot lists, and other production documentsAssist with organizing products and props on set and make sure the team has what they need throughout the dayJump in on last-minute production needs, including pickups and shopping runsManage post-shoot and post-event organization, including packing, returns, receipts, and putting away products and propsKeep our prop and production inventory organized and ready for upcoming shoots and eventsSupport the broader creative team with production-related projects as neededWhat We’re Looking ForExtremely organized and detail-orientedProactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things outExcited to be hands-on — no task is too small when it comes to getting a shoot or event across the finish lineStrong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple shoots, events, and prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quicklyStrong communicator and collaborative team playerInterested in beauty, content creation, social media, events, and creative productionComfortable shopping, sourcing, transporting, organizing, and handling physical production materialsAble to attend in-person shoots and events and accommodate production schedules as neededPrevious internship or experience in content, production, social media, events, styling, or a related creative field is a plus, but not requiredWhat Success Looks LikeYou’re the person making sure the details are handled before anyone has to ask. Products are prepped, props are sourced, boxes are packed, and the team shows up to shoots and events with everything they need. Over time, you’ll learn our production process and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including helping coordinate and eventually own smaller productions.
