Manufacturing Supervisor
Location: Onsite Miami
Schedule: Weekly rotation between:1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:10 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:40 PMMake an Impact as a Manufacturing Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently. This is an opportunity to take ownership of daily manufacturing operations, develop employees, and directly influence product quality and team performance. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, schedule-driven production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and ready to work alongside the team when needed.
What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee daily manufacturing-floor operations. Coordinate, plan, and supervise production activities. Keep production running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Conduct routine quality checks and address performance concerns. Manage assigned personnel and provide clear written and verbal instructions. Monitor team and individual performance while providing constructive feedback, recognition, coaching, and appropriate corrective action. Train, coach, and support new and existing manufacturing associates. Promote compliance with company policies, operating systems, safety practices, and procedures. Step in to perform production-associate responsibilities when operational needs require it. Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the department.
What You’ll Bring: An associate degree from a two-year college or university; three to five years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. The ability to speak, read, and write English and/or Spanish. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. ISO and GMP experience is highly preferred. Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
