About the role
Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sustaining Controls Engineer to diagnose and fix complex software‑mechatronic issues across our electromechanical systems.
You will bridge hardware and software, improve fleet reliability, and implement sustaining features based on physics and controls knowledge. The role requires collaboration with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams, and involves enhancing system behavior through careful debugging and iterative testing in lab and field
