Team Member, Supplier Quality Control City: Bangkok Country/Region: TH Application Deadline: 40887 Perform quality checks on raw materials and jewelry entering the facility to ensure they meet standards and specifications. Prevent issues from manufacturers or suppliers from reaching customers. Participate in continuous improvement activities of the department, attend training, and develop according to the department's plan to improve work efficiency.
Main Responsibilities: Quality inspection, counting, and packaging of raw materials and jewelry received from suppliers according to the standard operating procedures and standards. Record inspection results and summarize quality issues found. Report any irregularities to supervisors for further investigation and notify relevant parties for resolution. Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition. Attend training to enhance job skills as per the department's plan. Support other departments and suppliers as assigned. Participate in the department's 5S activities and perform other tasks assigned by supervisors. Ability to rotate shifts as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.0-1 years of experience in raw material inspection, especially in the jewelry industry. Skills in inspecting the quality of jewelry. Skills in using inspection tools and equipment. Teamwork skills. Understanding of technical specifications, reading standards, and visual inspection. Technical understanding of inspecting various raw materials and jewelry. Ability to work under pressure. Desire for continuous improvement. No color blindness as color inspections are performed. Ability to work shifts and overtime.
