American Outliers is seeking a Turf Pro to drive residential turf projects in a growing Tampa territory. You will follow up inbound leads, conduct on-site consultations, prepare estimates, and close deals, balancing fieldwork with relationship-building. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings potential in the six figures as the territory expands. You'll manage your schedule, own your pipeline, and grow with the company.
