Extrusion Order Coordinator - 5-Month W-2 Contract
Compensation: $22 to 35/hr. DOE Start Date: Mid-October 2026
Summary: The Order Coordinator works on documentation preparation and coordination for development and operations. The position will be taking orders from extrusion and operations managers to review and produce necessary documentation in a timely manner. In this role, they will need to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, manufacturing procedures, and fill out required paperwork to comply with MPs. They may be required to train others in documentation set up and other responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (but are not limited to):· Review all pertinent documentation and entries into JB2 for orders· Add orders to appropriate schedule· Prepare DHR packets for each order with all required documentation· Assist in providing training on documentation review· Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements· Comply with regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments· Must be able to work through paperwork slowly and diligently, double checking every detail.· Coordinate/communicate between sales, engineering, and operations to ensure orders are being manufactured properly and in a timely manner
