Role Description:
This full-time remote Receptionist role is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for callers and virtual visitors to DATA SYSTEMS ANALYSTS, INC. Day-to-day tasks include answering and routing phone calls, responding to general inquiries, and providing courteous, professional customer service. The Receptionist maintains digital logs and records, supports basic clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling electronic correspondence. The role also involves coordinating information between internal teams, ensuring messages are delivered promptly, and assisting with virtual meeting setup. The individual in this position works closely with administrative and operations staff to keep communication channels organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Core front desk capabilities such as Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, demonstrating a courteous and organized approach to handling calls and inquiries. Administrative and office support skills, including Clerical Skills like digital filing, scheduling, and managing basic documentation. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing) and comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace suitable for handling calls and virtual meetings. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred but not required.
