About the role

Sun Mountain Sports is seeking a Head of Collegiate Licensing to lead and grow our licensed collegiate business. You will own the end-to-end process from relationship development to revenue, expanding partnerships with schools, bookstores, and retailers, and coordinating with Product, Sales, and Operations to bring licensed products to market. The role requires deep licensing knowledge, strong sales instincts, and the ability to forecast demand across a network of partners.
