Senior Electrical Engineer
The role: My client is an established MEP consulting firm who have 18 office across the US and over 750 employees. They're hiring for a Senior Electrical Engineer. You'll produce designs with guidance from a Senior Engineer or Senior Designer, and write specifications, system narratives and layouts for projects of all sizes.
What you'll do: Set system application, design and operating parameters and sequences, guided by the project lead Take part in QA/QC on your own work and your colleagues' work Help plan project schedules, staffing and budgets Carry out construction administration and site investigations, including field inspections and detailed inspection reports Help process RFIs, change orders, bulletins and addenda
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution 3 to 7+ years of experience at an MEP consulting firmEIT/FE required, PE preferredLEED AP highly preferred, plus a working grasp of how LEED principles apply to building design Experience on healthcare, commercial or mission critical projects Revit for system layout, spatial coordination and detailed drawings, plus current AutoCAD MEPStrong with design and calculation software
