Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Design Consultant with Fortis Brands Home Decor, LLC / DBA Budget Blinds of Denton, Plano, NW Dallas, Richardson, Rowlett. The Design Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert guidance in selecting interior design solutions, and assist in creating personalized home decor plans. Additional responsibilities include promoting and selling products, managing relationships with customers, and executing projects from concept to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communication Proficiency in Sales, including identifying customer needs and promoting suitable solutions Experience or knowledge in Interior Design, including space planning and creating cohesive designs Familiarity with Furniture and Furnishings, particularly in relation to home decor and styling Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with design software is a plus Bachelor's degree in interior design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
