Are you ready to lead projects that improve communities while helping build a growing engineering practice? TWG Engineering is seeking a Civil Design Project Manager to oversee public infrastructure and site development projects throughout Illinois. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and deliver projects that have a direct impact on the communities we serve. What You'll Lead Roadway and transportation improvements Water and sanitary sewer infrastructure projects Stormwater management systems Parks, trails, and public space improvements Municipal and private-sector engineering initiatives What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 7+ years of civil engineering experience Strong background in municipal infrastructure and/or site development Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships Knowledge of Illinois permitting and regulatory requirements PE License preferred (or actively pursuing licensure) Proficiency with MicroStation and Geopak, or comparable software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer. What We Offer Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $125,000 to $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
