About the role
Coordinating medical claims and supporting documentation, the full-time Remote Client Coordinator will manage client inquiries, maintain case files, and ensure compliance with regulations while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain communication regarding report status and concerns
Organize and compile comprehensive case files for submission to external vendors and reviewers
Verify and update client information in the database while collaborating with team members to ensure timely case resolutions
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred
Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a team-oriented environment
