Job Description:
We are seeking an RF Test Engineer to support the transition of phased array antenna panels from development to flight production. Responsibilities:
Help develop, set up, and bring up the flight production antenna panel test bench. Create test procedures, documentation, test software, and data analysis tools. Perform RF and digital testing, including thermal chamber testing, to verify that flight panels are built correctly and perform as expected. Analyze results, troubleshoot panel and test setup issues, and work with engineers and technicians to resolve failures. Communicate test progress, findings, and issues to engineering and production teams.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience testing antennas or RF hardware, including antenna range testing. Experience setting up tests, using RF test equipment, analyzing data, and troubleshooting hardware. Familiarity with phased array antennas or RF panel testing. Ability to learn new hardware, test processes, and tools as the program moves into flight production.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
