Join Our Team: Nailor Industries is seeking a Copper Brazer to join our manufacturing team at our Winfield facility. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for brazing copper components used in HVAC and air distribution productsensuring strong, leak-free connections that meet our high standards for quality and performance. What You'll Do: Perform brazing on copper components using torch and filler materials Assemble parts following work instructions and engineering drawings Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak-free performance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards)Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
What We're Looking For: Experience with brazing or welding preferred (copper brazing a plus)Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat and industrial equipment Use of PPE required (gloves, eye protection, etc.)Physically active role (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)Why Nailor?
