About the role

YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a proactive Aquatics leader to develop and lead our Aquatics team and programs. You will oversee operations, safety, staff development, and program growth, ensuring high-quality experiences for members and participants. You will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative aquatics programs, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with branches to achieve strategic goals. This temporary role ends December 11, 2026.
